🐾 Meet Amelia! 🐾
Amelia is a beautiful 5-year-old mixed-breed girl with a gorgeous black coat and a sweet soul. ❤️
Amelia got her name for a pretty fitting reason! She was found as a stray along the riverbank in Spencer County over Labor Day weekend—right before the air show. ✈️🌊 With an aircraft show happening nearby and a girl who had clearly been on quite the journey, Amelia Earhart seemed like the perfect inspiration for her name!
When Amelia first meets new people, she can be a little cautious and may need some time to warm up. But once she decides you're a friend, her sweet personality shines through. 🥰 Her foster says she's an absolute sweet pea once she feels comfortable.
Amelia is looking for a patient family who understands that the best friendships sometimes take a little time to blossom. Give her the chance to get to know you, and you'll discover what a special girl she really is. 💕
